Full Sail Labs Camp Facilitator
FLSA: Hourly
FT/PT: Temporary Part-time (May 4, 2026 through August 7, 2026)

Summary
The Full Sail Labs Camp Facilitator works with K-12 youth on a daily part-time basis (Monday-Friday) facilitating enriched, educational programs focused on technology, entertainment, art, and media. Part-time hours can range from 25-50 hours per week.
​
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
• Facilitate different types of technology-art related curriculum
• Know, enforce, and follow all safety guidelines associated with the organization
• Responsible for the safety and security of children on a daily basis
• Ensure children are aware of rules, routines, and daily schedules
• Ensure proper procedures are followed for sign-in/out of children
• Establish a relationship with each child and know his/her/their present level of understanding and productivity
• Consider the needs of all children and treat each child with respect and dignity
• Interact with parents to establish rapport and articulate how child is performing
• Assist in daily maintenance of facility, equipment, and supplies inventory
• Maintain positive staff/colleague/peer relations
• Problem-solve through situations and seek assistance when necessary
• Communicate regularly with Supervisor regarding concerns, updates, and challenges
• Assist with routine parent/guardian communications and updates
• Remain up-to-date on emergency procedures and facility resources
• Assist with research, development, implementation and revision of program curriculum where needed

Other Responsibilities
• Participate in extensive training
• Attend scheduled team meetings
• Maintain proper and timely correspondence with team and management
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of Full Sail Labs and Full Sail University
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization
• Adhere to Full Sail Labs standards, including attendance and wearing uniform
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Education/Experience
• Minimum of two years completed in education (art-technology education preferred), related field
• Previous work with children preferred, but not required
​
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
• CPR certified (provided by the University, if not already certified upon hire)
• Background Check/Fingerprinting (provided by the University)
​
Computer/Equipment Skills
• Knowledge of iPad, Apple, and PC technologies
​
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands
• Need to have the stamina to work with K-12 age range part-time, daily
• Need to be comfortable working on your feet for long hours
• Comfortable sitting on the floor and picking items up from floor
• Comfortable hauling equipment between locations (laptops, iPads, robots, cameras, costumes, etc.)
