The Full Sail Labs Tutoring Program provides a committed, sustained, one-on-one relationship between one of our qualified facilitators and a student and is based on clearly defined learning goals designed to expand knowledge, experience, and skill sets in a particular Technology, Entertainment, or Media Industry.
* Please note that Tutoring is only available September through April of the academic school year. May-August is paused due to Summer Camps.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
STEP 1. Complete & submit the Tutoring Request Form - Temporarily inactive please check back later
STEP 2. Create a Campsite Profile (This only applies to NEW families who have not yet created an account with Full Sail Labs)
STEP 3. Full Sail Labs will reach out to schedule a Consultation & Assessment
STEP 4. If the student is accepted into the program, a service plan is selected and paid

SERVICES, PRICING, & CANCELLATIONS
ONE-TIME FEE UPON ENROLLMENT: $50 Registration & Materials fee - nonrefundable
RATE: $25 per hour/per individual session
SERVICE PLANS:

Pioneer Pack – 4 individual sessions ($100)

Explorer Pack – 8 individual sessions ($200)
-
Adventurer Pack – 12 individual sessions ($300)

Campaigner Pack – Ongoing sessions (payments made based on 4-session packs)
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Payment must be at the time of enrollment

The minimum payment accepted is the cost of 4 sessions ($100)

If extending the number of sessions, a service plan must be selected and paid for prior to the start of the next round
CANCELLATIONS:

First two session cancellations will be rescheduled without penalty

$10 rescheduling fee will be applied to cancellations beyond the two-session grace period

This session is FREE and helps us establish a learning plan based on student knowledge, experience, skill sets, and goals
DEVELOP PERSONALIZED PLAN

Based on the service plan selected, we will provide an outline of the learning content and goals and use this as a guideline during the student learning process
CUSTOMIZE CONTENT & CURRICULUM

The facilitator will adjust the learning plan according to student needs, learning pace, and successful completion of milestones
PROGRESS CHECK-INS

We will provide the parents/guardians with incremental progress reports
